Welcome to Tapzi ("Tapzi", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Tapzi website, mobile application, digital business card platform, NFC products, and related services.

By accessing or using Tapzi, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use Tapzi. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate.

• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

• You will keep your account information updated.

2. Services

Tapzi provides: Digital Business Cards, NFC Business Cards, QR Code Profiles, Business Landing Pages, Appointment & Contact Features, Digital Store, Lead Collection, and Premium Subscription Services.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security

• Protecting your password

• All activities under your account

Tapzi is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

4. Subscription Plans

Some services require paid subscriptions. By subscribing you agree that:

• Fees are charged in advance.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required under Indian law.

• Plans automatically expire unless renewed.

• Prices may change with prior notice.

5. NFC Card Orders

For physical NFC cards:

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

• Production begins after design approval.

• Customized cards cannot be cancelled once production has started.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of your content including logos, photos, videos, business information, and documents.

You grant Tapzi a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content solely for providing our services. You are solely responsible for all content you upload.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal or fraudulent content.

• Impersonate another person or organization.

• Distribute malware or harmful software.

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

• Use Tapzi for spam or phishing.

• Violate intellectual property rights.

• Use the platform for unlawful activities under Indian law.

Tapzi may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, graphics, website design, trademarks, and platform content are the exclusive property of Tapzi unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of our platform without written permission.

9. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Applicable GST and taxes will be charged where required. Failure of payment may result in suspension of premium services.

10. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

Physical NFC products are non-refundable after customization has begun unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws. By using Tapzi, you consent to the collection and processing of your information for providing our services.

12. Third-Party Services

Tapzi may integrate with services including Google, WhatsApp, Stripe, Razorpay, payment gateways, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Tapzi shall not be liable for loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the preceding 12 months.

14. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate, without prior notice, any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, abuses the platform, or violates applicable laws.

15. Disclaimer

Tapzi services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with all devices, or continuous uptime.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tapzi, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

18. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

19. Changes to Terms

Tapzi may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
